XieXie TRUCKSTOP imagined an alternate roadside reality: one where the mythology of the American truck stop has been absorbed, reshaped, and reinterpreted by Chinese long-haul drivers.

Set in a gas station in Gansu Province, the project unfolded as a surrealist world of character animations and in-universe advertising.
